A Passion & A Career
I am a Forensic Psychology/ Criminal Justice major with a passion for justice and advocacy. Considering my peers regularly request guidance for situations that involve confrontation and injustices, I am always interested in how I can best position myself for a role in the criminal justice field as it relates to the mental health of incarcerated individuals in need of an advocate. Because I am intrigued by the experiences and circumstances of criminals with Anti-Social Personality Disorder, I want to help them learn more about their mental health to attain healthy coping skills. Doing so will help me to achieve my dream of reducing rates of recidivism within that community while also increasing rates of rehabilitation and reintegration.
I have experience working in a variety of settings, such as the trucking industry at Roehl Transport, healthcare at Marshfield Medical Center, holistic health at Evolution Health & Wellness, and more.
I have experience in team/ store management, social media management and marketing, hiring management, inventory management, and adherence to policies, such as DOT regulations, various federal and state regulations, and miscellaneous company policies.
About Me
I am from Marshfield, Wisconsin -- born and raised -- where I now live with my husband, Reece Krause.
I began my academic career at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point in Marshfield where I obtained my associate's degree. From there, I decided to further my education at Maryville University- Online where I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in forensic psychology/ criminal justice.
